Horn House is a single-family residence designed with a strong focus on context, orientation, and living comfort. Its compact volume maximizes open yard space, with the house and garden conceived as a unified organism.
The distinctive silhouette, inspired by the shape, of a horn, is not accidental—the southern façade opens toward the sun, while the northern side is more enclosed and protected. This concept is reflected in the floor plan, where service spaces form a buffer to the north, and the main living areas are oriented south, benefiting from natural light and garden views. The living area is highlighted with wooden cladding and connects to a semi-covered veranda. The upper floor provides shading during the summer months. A basement level, integrated into the natural slope of the terrain, accommodates a two-car garage.
The project offers a variety of outdoor spaces, including a sunny garden, shaded areas, and a private entrance zone, combining functionality, comfort, and a contemporary architectural expression. The total built-up area of the house is 250 sq.m.
