The apartment is designed as a flexible living space, optimized for rental within the dynamic urban context of Sofia. Our aim was to create a space that combines clear functionality with a universal character and long-term durability.
During the design process, we explored various layout options, seeking maximum spatial efficiency with minimal intervention. The final solution organizes an open-plan living area that integrates the kitchen, dining, and lounge, complemented by private and calm bedrooms with well-integrated storage.
The material and color concept follows a neutral and durable approach, suitable for an investment property - a balanced palette, clean surfaces, and details that ensure easy maintenance and longevity. The interior is conceived as a universal framework that can be personalized by different occupants. The result is a compact and well-balanced interior with clear logic and a contemporary expression, responding to the demands of the rental market. The apartment has a total area of 173 sq.m.
