The design and construction of the offices and truck depot for one of Bulgaria’s leading construction companies, “Venkov Engineering,” resulted from the client’s desire to consolidate the office facilities, service areas, and parking for its extensive vehicle fleet within a single location.
The building combines reception and office spaces with a heavy-duty vehicle service facility. The selected structural solution is a combination of precast and cast-in-place reinforced concrete, façade panels, and a flat roof with a supporting structure for a photovoltaic installation.
A complete scope of services was undertaken and delivered for the client, including conceptual, technical, construction, and interior design, along with continuous architectural supervision throughout the construction process. The building has a total area of 1,800 sq.m and was completed and commissioned within 9 months, from March to December 2017.
