The terrain of the sports complex is located in the village Kunino - Roman municipality and is an existing sports facility, which has been expanded and reconstructed. The main entrance of the complex is provided with a checkpoint, security and cash desks for ticket sale. A car park for visitors and employees of the complex is located in a close proximity. From the main entrance starts the main walkway through which is accessed the club house and the mini-footbal, basketball and volleyball courses located opposite of it. The walkway ends at the swimming pool located in the east end of the site. The football pitch is the main sport facility in the complex and the club house and the stands are placed on the long side of the pitch. This divides the professional sport zone from the one for amateurs. The club house is designed as a reinforced concrete shell with a length of 60 m. The stands continue into a canopy that covers the second level restaurant. The shell’s design is from contrasting materials – the inside is exposed concrete and the outside is black titan-zinc. The reinforced concrete shell is lifted above the stands level and in the space underneath it are located all main and service facilities necessary for the club house.
